At recuto, you don't need to upload application documents. Just answer the questions asked. If the company requires further documents, you will be contacted by the company later.

We don't have any of your personal data. The message was sent to you directly by one of our scouts with a specific link for the respective job. Only when you apply and agree to the data protection regulations will recuto have access to your name.

recuto does not send job offers. If you do not want to receive any further messages, ask the scout not to send you any more jobs.

Yes. Personal data is deleted once the original purpose for which it was collected no longer applies, provided there is no legal retention period that requires its continued storage. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Your username is your registered email address. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can click on ‘Forgot Password’ in the login window at any time to create a new one.

Unfortunately, we don't have information on when the company will contact you. However, the confirmation email we sent includes the email address of the responsible person. Please reach out to them directly.

No, your data will not be shared with other companies. You are applying to a specific company, and only that company, recuto, and the scout know your name. No one else.

We are not a traditional job portal, so we may not be the best fit for job seekers looking to browse open positions. Instead, we provide companies with the opportunity to publish their job openings, which are then selectively shared by our recuto scouts with suitable friends and acquaintances, helping the ideal candidates to apply.

We can only contact you if you have released your data to the scout and us during the application process. If the job is filled or no longer active, we will contact you to get feedback from you.
