Yes, recuto is free of charge. Costs only apply upon a successful hiring, or using additional services.
Posting jobs on recuto is free of charge. We only charge a fee of €1,500 upon a successful placement, which includes a Scout-commission of €700. The remaining amount goes to recuto. If you wish to increase the Scout-commission, our fee will increase accordingly. (= Scout commission + recuto commission) For example: If you want to pay the Scout a commission of €1,500, recuto will charge €2,300 upon a successful hire. recuto receives a fixed recuto commission of €800, regardless of the Scout-commission amount.
Yes, our Customer Success Team is available to answer any questions you may have.
Payment is made by invoice. As soon as a vacant position is successfully filled, we will send you an invoice.
Yes, there is a binding, performance-related contract that is confirmed by your (digital) signature on the offer.

Yes, each company is assigned a dedicated contact person at recuto who ensures a smooth onboarding process and provides support throughout.
Yes! Our premium version offers additional services such as applicant filtering, social media campaigns or HR videos can be booked for an additional charge. This depends on the position and the location of the company. Thanks to our strong network of recuto scouts, the position is usually filled faster than average.
